My piano teaching covers all levels from absolute beginner to diploma preparation (ABRSM, Trinity). I believe technique and musicality must develop together: there is no point in playing fast if you have nothing to say. My students learn to listen critically, phrase intelligently, and bring genuine expression to their playing.
I also teach music theory (ABRSM Grades 1-8 and university level), sight-singing, and aural skills. For singers, I offer vocal coaching focusing on classical and musical theatre repertoire, with attention to breath support, diction, and stage presence.
My studio is equipped with two grand pianos, allowing me to demonstrate alongside students and play duets. For those who prefer, online lessons work surprisingly well with good audio setup. I am patient with beginners and exacting with advanced students, always calibrating to what each individual needs.
