I still remember what it was like to stare at a blank terminal and have no idea what to type. That recent memory is my superpower as a tutor: I understand the beginner's frustration because I was there not long ago. I know which concepts are genuinely confusing and which ones just need a better explanation.
My lessons are hands-on and relaxed. We write code together from minute one. No long lectures, no boring theory β just practical coding with clear explanations along the way. I specialise in Python and JavaScript, which are the two most useful languages for beginners, and I can help with HTML/CSS for anyone wanting to build websites.
My rate is student-friendly because I believe everyone should be able to afford a good tutor. I am not the cheapest option β I am the best value.
βGood tutor overall. Solid knowledge and clear explanations. Sometimes goes a bit fast but happily repeats when asked. Decent value.β
βQuality lessons, though I would have liked more practice exercises between sessions. The in-class teaching is very good though.β
βVery competent teacher. The first session felt slightly unstructured but subsequent ones were much better organised. Good progress overall.β
βThe best maths tutor I have ever had. Clear explanations, challenging exercises, and a knack for making difficult concepts click. Five stars easily.β
