I spent a decade as Head of Sixth Form at a leading Birmingham independent school, overseeing the academic progress and university applications of over two hundred students each year. I hold a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Nottingham.

My experience on the institutional side gives me unique insight into what examiners and admissions tutors look for. I have moderated coursework, set mock exams, and trained junior teachers in exam technique. Now I bring all of that insider knowledge to my private students.
I specialise in preparing students for A-Levels across the humanities and social sciences, IB Diploma (particularly Extended Essay supervision and TOK guidance), and the French Baccalaureat for bilingual students. My bilingual fluency in English and French allows me to support students navigating between educational systems.
I take a holistic approach: academic preparation is important, but so is developing resilience, time management, and self-advocacy. My students leave not just with better grades but with the skills to thrive independently at university.
