My approach is rooted in building genuine mathematical intuition. I find that many students struggle not because they lack ability but because they have been taught to memorise procedures rather than understand structures. I work to dismantle that habit from the very first session.
I cover the full spectrum from GCSE and A-level mathematics through to university-level statistics, probability theory, and stochastic calculus. I have extensive experience preparing students for Oxford and Cambridge admissions tests, including MAT and STEP.
My students consistently outperform their predicted grades. Last year, fourteen of my A-level students achieved A* grades, and three were offered places at Oxford. I believe in setting high expectations while providing the scaffolding necessary to meet them.
“Good tutor overall. Solid knowledge and clear explanations. Sometimes goes a bit fast but happily repeats when asked. Decent value.”
“Very professional and well-prepared. My grades improved significantly after just a few sessions. The structured approach makes all the difference.”
“Patient and encouraging, even when I struggled with the basics. Never made me feel judged. Genuinely invested in my progress.”
“The best maths tutor I have ever had. Clear explanations, challenging exercises, and a knack for making difficult concepts click. Five stars easily.”
