I scored a perfect 1600 on the SAT and 36 on the ACT as part of my own application to US universities. Though I ultimately chose to study at the University of Edinburgh, the preparation process gave me deep insight into American standardised testing.

Now I help other students in Edinburgh and across the UK who are applying to American universities. Many UK students underestimate how different the SAT and ACT are from A-Levels, and they lose marks on questions they would otherwise find easy simply because they are unfamiliar with the format.

My approach is highly systematic. I start with a full diagnostic test, then build a study plan targeting your specific weak areas. For maths, I teach the shortcuts and patterns that save time. For reading, I train you to read passages strategically rather than comprehensively. For writing, I drill the grammar rules that appear most frequently.

I also tutor AP exams for students taking Advanced Placement courses online or at international schools. I keep my prices low because I am building my tutoring experience and believe in making test prep affordable.
