Helen Bradshaw

I am a PMP-certified project manager with ten years of experience spanning both industry and teaching. After managing IT projects for major financial institutions for seven years, I transitioned to full-time tutoring and corporate training three years ago.

My tutoring covers three areas: project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2), PMP and PRINCE2 exam preparation, and advanced Excel skills for business professionals. My industry background means every concept I teach is grounded in practical experience, not textbook theory.

For project management, I teach the principles, tools, and soft skills that make the difference between a project that succeeds and one that fails. I use real case studies from my career (anonymised) to illustrate common pitfalls and best practices.

For Excel, I go far beyond basic formulas. I teach VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, Power Query, data visualisation, and VBA macro programming. My students walk away with templates and tools they can use immediately in their work. I adapt every session to the specific challenges each student faces in their role.
