I am a second-year Music student at the University of Nottingham, specialising in vocal performance. Singing has been central to my life since I joined a cathedral choir at age seven, and for the past two years I have been sharing that passion through private teaching.

My approach to vocal coaching is holistic. I teach proper breath support, vocal placement, resonance, and range extension alongside musicality, expression, and performance confidence. I work across genres - classical, musical theatre, pop, and folk - and I adapt my teaching to the style each student wants to pursue.
Music theory runs alongside every vocal lesson I teach, because understanding how music works makes you a more confident and versatile singer. I prepare students for ABRSM singing and theory exams up to grade 5, and I also work with anyone who simply wants to sing better.
I offer a warm, supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and experimenting with their voice. Singing is deeply personal, and I respect that vulnerability while gently pushing students beyond their comfort zone. My rates are affordable because I believe that everyone deserves access to quality vocal training.
