I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and hold a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds. I spent four years in HR at a major Leeds-based financial services company before pivoting to tutoring and consultancy.

I tutor HRM and business management at university level, covering organisational behaviour, employment law, talent management, and strategic HRM. My practical experience means I can illustrate theoretical concepts with real examples from corporate life.

I also offer professional development coaching for HR practitioners working towards CIPD qualifications, managers building their people management skills, and professionals improving their business English for corporate environments.
