I hold a Master's in Education from the University of Cambridge and spent four years teaching in a top Manchester grammar school before moving into private tutoring. My specialism is exam technique and strategic revision planning.

Too many bright students underperform because they do not know how to structure their answers or manage their time under pressure. My method focuses relentlessly on these skills. We practise with real past papers, I mark them to examiner standards, and we dissect the mark schemes together until the logic becomes second nature.

Beyond exam prep, I offer a complete UCAS support service: personal statement drafting, interview preparation for Oxbridge and medical schools, and strategic course selection. Over 85% of my UCAS students receive offers from their first-choice university.

I also tutor IELTS for international students applying to UK universities, with a particular focus on the academic writing module where most candidates lose marks. My students typically achieve Band 7+ after eight to twelve sessions.
