I came to yoga through injury. A back injury ended my semi-professional rugby career, and yoga was part of my rehabilitation. It worked so well that I trained as a teacher, completing a 500-hour certification with the British Wheel of Yoga, followed by a comprehensive Pilates mat and reformer qualification.

My specialism is working with people who have injuries, chronic pain, or mobility restrictions. I understand what it is like to feel broken and frustrated with your body, and I know from personal experience that mindful movement can rebuild both physical capability and confidence.
My sessions are precise and therapeutic. Every movement is cued with anatomical accuracy, and I modify extensively to accommodate individual limitations. I also work with athletes and active people who want to improve flexibility, core stability, and recovery. Several Bristol rugby and football players are regular clients.
I teach yoga (Hatha, Yin, and Restorative), Pilates (mat and equipment), and dedicated stretching and mobility sessions. I can work in person at my Bristol studio, at your home, or online.

“Patient and encouraging, even when I struggled with the basics. Never made me feel judged. Genuinely invested in my progress.”
“Reliable and professional. Sessions are always on time. Could be slightly more dynamic in presentation style but the content is excellent.”
