I discovered yoga during my final year at the University of Birmingham while studying Psychology, and it transformed not only my physical health but my entire approach to stress and wellbeing. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance and have been teaching ever since.
I discovered yoga during my final year at the University of Birmingham while studying Psychology, and it transformed not only my physical health but my entire approach to stress and wellbeing. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance and have been teaching ever since.
My classes blend Vinyasa flow with mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques drawn from my psychology background. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of flexibility or fitness level. My sessions are gentle enough for complete beginners but structured with progressions that keep experienced practitioners engaged.
I also teach meditation and breathwork, which I find especially valuable for students dealing with exam stress and professionals experiencing burnout. A typical session might include twenty minutes of gentle yoga followed by guided meditation and breathing exercises.
I keep my rates deliberately affordable because I want to remove financial barriers to wellness. Group sessions for two to four people are available at a reduced per-person rate.
“Good tutor overall. Solid knowledge and clear explanations. Sometimes goes a bit fast but happily repeats when asked. Decent value.”
“Quality lessons, though I would have liked more practice exercises between sessions. The in-class teaching is very good though.”
“Very competent teacher. The first session felt slightly unstructured but subsequent ones were much better organised. Good progress overall.”
“The best maths tutor I have ever had. Clear explanations, challenging exercises, and a knack for making difficult concepts click. Five stars easily.”
